I was looking around the other day trying to self-diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. It wasn't running right and had been having problems for the past week. I went online and searched for air conditioning companies in Cypress, and I found a few company websites that I was able to take a look at. I called the number on the website I had found and asked them when they would be available to take a look at it for me. After several phone calls, I found a company that was close to my home and could take a look at it. They arrived 10 minutes after I talked to them on the phone. They were able to identify what was going on with the air conditioning unit and told me it had a leak and the entire unit would need to be replaced. I asked them what it would cost to have done, and they said they would need to call me with an estimate once they get back to their office.

It was only an hour later when they called me back and told me what it would cost me. They said they would have to replace it and that it would be a few days before they could do the job. I told them I was going to hold off until I had the money saved up before replacing that unit. It was expensive to do, and I just didn't have the money at the time.

Once I save up enough money, I will need to call them back to have them install the unit for me. I want to use this company again because they were professional and knew what they were talking about.
